How many of you grew up with Jack Hanna giving you incredible peeks at animals on TV? I may be dating myself as a xennial when I mention that, but we always looked forward to seeing him and whatever creature he was going to be talking about when we were children. Have you seen these new roasting veggies from PictSweet Farms? They come frozen in a bag and feature all kinds of goodness. The contents, which includes butternut squash chunks, halved Brussels sprouts and onions, is a delectable medley that would go well with any roast. The directions say to roast them in the oven for 20 minutes but I bet it's pretty versatile as far as what you want to do with them.
While I've had succulents most of my life, I can never remember one growing a long shoot that looks like a random stem until now. When I saw it appear almost overnight, I was excited. I figured it meant my plant was super happy, right?
